Returns

We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, as all items are handmade and produced specifically for each customer.
Returned items will only be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Exchange requests must be approved after reviewing clear photos or videos of the item.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Once confirmed, we will offer an exchange or a suitable solution at no extra cost.
Customized Orders

Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case of an approved exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
Important Notes

Slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
